People here are complaining about the smell and taste.Kimchi is a fermented product hence the smell is going to be strong and pungent and may be unpleasant to a few people, but that’s natural. The taste will be sour and spicy and salty all at once. That’s normal too. If the kimchi is left out of the refrigerator, it will ferment quickly, and if it goes too sour, you can use it to make kimchi fried rice, or kimchi pancakes, etc. Google a few Korean recipes with over-fermented kimchi. You don’t throw away sour kimchi! That’s exactly how it should taste, it should have a sour flavour profile. For those who are trying this for the first time, please understand that fermented foods are acquired tastes.Other than that, I find this bottle way too expensive. Taste is fine, just as kimchi is supposed to taste, but it’s not value for money at all.

This is pretty authentic kimchi! Tastes so good and the right amount of sour.

it‘s wayy to spicy and it stinks really bad but I understand that part since it‘s fermented but my parents loved it with some rice.
