is it rice vinegar or shushi vinegar..it doesnt say sushi rice vinegar on its label….just rice vinegar? they r different…shushi vinegar has a lot of sugar among other flavor….just be clear what u r selling and label it appropriately…it has a sweet tinge…. but i dont honestly know….hen u product smthing its online labels and on product labels shud be same…
