Shipping Policy
24hr delivery in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Kolkata if products ship from same region (calculated after delivery address is input). Delivery takes 3-7 Days across rest of India subject to logistical reachability and development in your area.
All orders above Rs. 750 are eligible for Free Shipping across India. We charge a flat fee of Rs 100 per order which is below the Free Shipping Threshold.
Urban Platter is a Gourmet & Grocery Brand, we are not a logistics company. Hence, we have partnered with several logistics partners to ensure safe and timely deliveries to all our valued customers. Depending on the reachability in the delivery area, we will try to align the best possible delivery partner. As a result, we do not provide any delivery estimates during checkout as we do not manage the logistical operations and cannot predict or account for the delays. It is also important to note that, although our logistic partners do provide us an estimated date of delivery, there are still delays that happen every now and then.
