Urban Platter Sweet Apricot Kernels, 100g (Rich in Protein & Fiber, Add to Fruit Salads, Oatmeal, Trail Mixes, Desserts, Baked Goods, Crunchy & Delicious)
- Sourced from Himalayas.
- Apricot kernels are, like most nuts and seeds, very nutritious. Kindly wash the kernels before eating; they contain naturally occuring skin dust caused during travel.
- Among the nutrients they contain is one called amygdalin, which is also known as vitamin B17.
- Urban Platter – Simply Good Food! 🙂
Normally urban platter is good but this batch was quite bad. Unfortunately I could only fund out after opening it so can‘t return it.

One of the best…
I heard for its greatness so i bought it and used it aswel
Some argue that these kernels are super-good for your health, and that they contain something (a type of B-vitamin related substance) that contributes to the ripe old age evinced by the many centenarians amongst the populations of several Kashmiri (especially Hunza) tribes who adore apricots and their kernels. In taste and flavour, they are rather like small almonds – but not superior. So, if you believe in the rather controversial B-vitamin theory, you could try them: they go nicely with honey, and you don‘t have to peel them.
The last batch of apricot kernels was not good enough…..blackish and smelled kernels were there in large numbers……please take care of your product while delivering.
