We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager to join our team at our Bhiwandi location. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations in Bhiwandi, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for production activities at our Bhiwandi location.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials..
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to track production KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and techniques.

Salary Range:
Up to Rs 4,00,000 Per Annum
