Lemon Watermelon Popsicles

  • 4 cups Fresh Watermelon (cubed)
  • 4 sprigs Mint Leaves
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice


  • In a high speed blender, add the watermelon, sugar, mint, and lemon juice.
  • Blend until completely smooth and there are no chunks of watermelon or mint.
  • Pour the popsicle mixture into the popsicle moulds as per the instructions and freeze for 6 to 7 hours.
  • Once completely set, enjoy the goodness of watermelon and lemon!
