Lemon Watermelon Popsicles
Watermelon, Lemon, and Mint - do we need to say more?
Servings: 6 popsicles
- 4 cups Fresh Watermelon (cubed)
- 4 sprigs Mint Leaves
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
In a high speed blender, add the watermelon, sugar, mint, and lemon juice.
Blend until completely smooth and there are no chunks of watermelon or mint.
Pour the popsicle mixture into the popsicle moulds as per the instructions and freeze for 6 to 7 hours.
Once completely set, enjoy the goodness of watermelon and lemon!
