Watermelon Chaat
A super refreshing and very easy to make fruit chaat that is spruced up with a dressing made with Sumac and sprinkled with the traditional fruit chaat masala!

Ingredients
- 100 g Watermelon (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Sumac
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Tapioca Syrup
- 2 tsp Lime Juice Concentrate
- 1 tsp Fruit Chaat Masala
- 5 to 6 Mint Leaves (torn )
Instructions
- Place the sliced watermelon in your desired plate.
- In a bowl, add the tapioca syrup, sumac, olive oil, and lime juice and mix well to combine everything.
- Pour this dressing over the watermelon slices and sprinkle the fruit chaat masala over it.
- Place the torn leaves of mint over the watermelon chaat and enjoy as a refreshing evening snack!
