Very Berry Acai Bowl
An acai bowl is basically a really thick smoothie that's been topped with oatmeal, fruit or peanut butter, and then you wolf it down with a spoon for breakfast or any other time of the day.
Servings: 2 People
- Vitamix Blender
- Basic Kitchn Equipment
- If your fruits are frozen, directly add to blender. If your using fresh fruit, prep it and freeze before adding to the blender.
- In a blender, add the berries, banana, ice cubes, almond milk, and the acai berry powder. Blitz until a thick and smooth consistency is achieved.
- Place the mixture in a bowl of your choice and add the toppings in curved lines on top of the mixture. Place each topping individually, forming curved lines for each of the topping.
- Once it is assembled, swirl around some honey over the assorted condiments evenly and serve with a spoon.
