Vegan Tuna Salad Sandwich

Vegan and Tuna don't go together right? WRONG! We're here to change the ballgame with India's first ever plant-based tuna!

  • 1 can Tuno (spring water )
  • 3 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Red Onion (diced)
  • ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper (diced)
  • ¼ cup Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Small Baguette OR Sandwich Bread


  • In a large bowl, add the Tuno, mayonnaise, onion, bell peppers, and cayenne.
  • Mix gently with a spoon until all of the mayonnaise is well dispersed and the salad is homogeneous.
  • Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
  • Place the Vegan Tuna salad on the bread and serve with chips and gherkins!
