Vegan Eggnog
A Christmas classic, that definitely does not just need to be enjoyed during the festive season! Made using our deliciously creamy and fatty Coconut Cream, this deliciously spiced winter beverage is crying out for a dash of whiskey!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashews (soaked in hot water)
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 cup Coconut Cream
- 1/4 cup Tapioca Syrup
- 2 to 3 drops Vanilla Flavor
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, add the soaked cashews, almond milk, coconut cream, tapioca syrup, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Blend on high speed until the eggnog is completely smooth and velvety.
- Transfer to a pot and gently heat for about 5 minutes while continuously stirring.
- Pour into your desired cup and enjoy a perfectly plant-based taste of Christmas!
