Udipi Filter Coffee
Udipi Filter Coffee has been a long-lasting tradition of its own that started in the city of Udipi in Karnataka. It has now become a staple in South-Indian restaurants and a must-have finish to a satisfying meal! This recipe is super traditional with a small Urban Platter twist!

- Davra Glass and Vati
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Filter Coffee Decoction
- 1 tbsp Jaggery Syrup
Instructions
- Add the Almond Milk to a pot and bring to a boil.
- In the traditional Davra Glass and Vati, add the filter coffee decoction and the jaggery syrup.
- Add the hot almond milk to the glass and pour from one glass to other to create the traditional Udipi Coffee foam.
- Enjoy on a cold rainy morning and awaken your senses!
