Seasonal Mango Falooda
Falooda can be a lifesaver during this scorching summer heat. This beverage is traditionally enjoyed with rose flavor and has amazing cooling properties with the addition of sabja (basil seeds). Seasonality is at the core of Urban Platter and our version has the addition of our beautiful Devgad Alphonso Mangoes!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Basil Seeds (Sabja) (soaked in water )
- 2 tbsp Freeze Dried Mango Powder
- 1 Devgad Alphonso Mango (cut into cubes )
- 1 cup Classic Oatwow
- 1 scoop Vegan Mango Gelato
Instructions
- n a tall glass, add the soaked sabja, and your beautifully fresh pieces of Alphonso Mango.
- In a small bowl, add the freeze-dried mango powder and 2 tbsp of water. Mix well to combine into a smooth mango syrup and pour the syrup into the glass.
- Add the Oatwow into the glass and top off with a scoop of Mango Gelato.
