Peri Peri Cashew Bhel
Who doesn't love a quick and easy bhel, especially on #MatchDay? This quick recipe uses our beautifully curated Peri Peri seasoning to spice up your evenings. Needless to say, this bhel is the perfect accompaniment for a chilled glass of beer or cocktails!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashews
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Peri Peri Seasoning
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 1 tbsp Coriander (finely chopped )
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Salt and Black Pepper (to taste )
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. In a bowl, add the cashews, olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the cashews on a baking tray and toast for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Once the cashews are well toasted, transfer to a bowl and cool them down.
- Once they are cool to the touch, add all tof the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Enjoy with cocktails or a chilled glass of beer.
