- In a wide pot over medium heat, add the oil. Add the scallions and garlic and cook until aromatic.
- Add the soy sauce and gochugaru and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the kimchi and cook until it has slightly dried out.
- Now, add the rice and mix well to coat. Ook the rice for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring at regular intervals.
- Finish with the green part of scallions and transfer to your plate. Garnish with some more scallion and enjoy!
