Green Matcha Acai Bowl
Matcha is a type of green tea made by taking young tea leaves and grinding them into a bright green powder. The powder is then whisked with hot water. The finest matcha comes from Japan.

Ingredients
- 20 g Baby Spinach
- 20 g Kale
- 1 Green Apple
- 1.5 Kiwi
- 1 Elaichi Banana
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Tsp Moringa Powder
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder
- 75 ml Unsweetned Almond Milk
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Dessicated Coconut
- 2 Tsp Pistachio (Sliced)
- 2 Tsp Chia Seeds
- 5 Ice Cubes
Instructions
- If your fruits are frozen, directly add to blender. If your using fresh fruit, prep it and freeze before adding to the blender.
- In a blender, add the greens, fruits, ice cubes, almond milk, moringa powder and the matcha powder. Blitz until a thick and smooth consistency is achieved.
- Place the mixture in a bowl of your choice and add the toppings in curved lines on top of the mixture. Place each topping individually, forming curved lines for each of the topping.
- Once it is assembled, swirl around some honey over the assorted condiments evenly and serve with a spoon.
