  • In a large bowl, add all of the dry ingredients and mix well using a spatula.
  • Add the almond milk to the dry ingredients and using a whisk, mix well to combine.
  • You should have a smooth and runny batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Spoon 1.2 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan.
  • Wait for tiny bubbles to form on the uncooked surface of the pancake.
  • Once the entire uncooked surface is filled with tiny bubbles, check the bottom part of the pancake for color and then flip!
  • Repeat this process with the rest of the batter.
  • To enjoy these pancakes, drizzle them with maple syrup and eat them with fresh fruits!
