  • In a large bowl, add the active dry yeast, warm water, and sugar and mix well. Leave the bowl in a warm place for the yeast to activate.
  • The yeast mixture should look foamy and bubbly.
  • Once the yeast has been activated, add the warm almond milk, and olive oil.
  • Slowly add the bread flour while continuously mixing.
  • A dough should start forming in the bowl. Once everything has been slightly combined, transfer to a flat surface and start kneading.
  • Knead the dough for about 5 to 7 minutes, until the dough stiffens up and has a smooth surface.
  • Transfer the dough back to the bowl and cover. Let it rise in a warm place.
  • After about 1 hour of fermentation, the dough will be ready to portion.
  • Using a sharp knife or dough cutter, portion the dough into 80 gram portions.
  • Place these portions in a large springform pan with about an inch between each portion.
  • Cover the springform pan and place in a warm place for the portions to prove for about 30 minutes.
  • Once the portions have risen, brush the surface with almond milk and sprinkle with lots of Everything Bagel seasoning.
  • Now, our Everything Bagel bread is ready to be baked! Bake the bread in a 200 C oven for 15 minutes.
  • Let the bread cool down slightly and remove from the springform pan. Enjoy while hot and to store, simply cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
