Emerald Chia Pudding
The beautifully vibrant green colour of Pure Spirulina gives this Chia Pudding a gorgeous green hue and a boost of antioxidants! Believe us, this recipe might just be the best start to the day!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Oat milk
- 2 tbsp Coconut Jaggery Powder
- 1 tbsp Spirulina Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Instructions:
- In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well.
- Place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
- The Chia Seeds will soak up all of the liquid and turn into a creamy pudding-like texture.
- Transfer to your favourite cups or bowls and top with muesli, fresh fruits, chocolate, or whatever else you would like!
