Cannellini Bean Salad Toast
Cannellini Beans are an extremely flavorful variety of beans that don't need a lot to be done to them! In this recipe, our Cannellini beans are prepared with simplicity and are dolloped on top of a crispy sourdough toast for al the feels!

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 slices Sourdough (toasted)
- 1 can Cannellini Beans (drained)
- 1 Onion (sliced thinly)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 5 to 6 leaves Fresh Oregano (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Kale (sauteed)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the cannellini beans, olive oil, sliced onions, sauteed kale, chopped oregano and lemon juice.
- Mix together well until everything is combined and the beans are nicely coated in the dressing.
- Place your toasted sourdough slices in a plate and top it off with the beans mixture.
- Enjoy right away as you do not want the toast to get soggy!
