Cannellini Bean Salad Toast

Cannellini Beans are an extremely flavorful variety of beans that don't need a lot to be done to them! In this recipe, our Cannellini beans are prepared with simplicity and are dolloped on top of a crispy sourdough toast for al the feels!

  • In a bowl, add the cannellini beans, olive oil, sliced onions, sauteed kale, chopped oregano and lemon juice.
  • Mix together well until everything is combined and the beans are nicely coated in the dressing.
  • Place your toasted sourdough slices in a plate and top it off with the beans mixture.
  • Enjoy right away as you do not want the toast to get soggy!
