Awadhi Galouti Kebab
Galouti Kebab is a Lucknowi street-food specialty that has been passed down through generations of Nawabs and Royals! Our Awadhi Galouti Kebab comes all the way from the palaces of Lucknow to add some royalty to your pantry.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Awadhi Galouti Kebab Masala
- 1 cup Kidney Beans in Brine (drained and dried)
- 1 cup Goan Cashew
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Rose Water
- 1 tbsp Kewra Water
- Salt (to taste)
- ½ cup Chickpea Flour (roasted)
Instructions
- In a food processor, add all of the above ingredients and process in to a thick, fine paste.
- Once your paste is made, shape them into flat discs like traditional Galouti Kebabs and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- After the kebabs are completely set, coat them in some roasted Chickpea Flour and shallow fry in olive oil!
- Enjoy this gorgeous Nawabi delicacy with some raita and parathas!
