All-Purpose Cheese Sauce
It is no secret that cheese makes everything better! We used our very own Nutritional Yeast Flakes to make a perfectly plant-based cheese sauce that will deliver all the goodness of cheese and none of the calories!
Servings: 6 people
- Add all of the above mentioned ingredients and whisk them together until there are no lumps.
- Once all the ingredients are well combined, turn on the heat and continue whisking.
- Simmer the sauce for about 3 to 5 minutes until it has thickened and is stretchy like cheese sauce.
- There is a world of possibility when it comes to using this cheese sauce. We made a loaded nacho bowl to dip into our cheese sauce, but you can use it for anything from pizza to mac & cheese and so many other applications!
