Something from the ingredients is very overpowering and creates a slight acidic after taste. I am going to take a shot in the dark & say that it could be the tomatoes used. Something has gone off on that stage. Salt too could be a teeny-weeny bit reduced.
Otherwise, this was quite a surprise. I did not think I will prefer any thing over the “Chipotle”
I humbly request the Urban Platter to tweak this one’s recipe just a little bit. Because it can be sooooo much better. Because now, it’s just almost there. But not yet perfect.
