How to use / Directions
- Add 1/2 cup of 35g Oats into a cooking vessel
- Pour 1 and 1/2 cup (approx 240ml) of milk or water into the vessel
- Add sugar to taste
- Cook for 3 minutes on medium flame or microwave for 3 mins on full power. Stiir occasionally.
- Mix well and serve hot.
