The Goji berries seem to have been put in some sugar syrup before packing. The berries were clumped together and there was a distinct sweet taste to it. I feed that this should not have been the case as it takes away the nutrient value of the berries while adding to the sugar content – this is not desirable. I will be very happy if Urban Platter responds to this query clarifying the issue since I want to buy these regularly.
