- Urban Platter (Commercial Grade) Active Dry Yeast, 100g
- Can be used for baking, proofing, making wine, beer or even for some South Indian preparations.
- Long shelf life of 18 Months. If stored in a cool, dry place will last more than that.
- How-to-use: Add 2 tea spoons of Yeast to warm (not hot) water along with 2 tea spoons of Sugar. Stir well, set aside for 10 minutes. Use once the yeast is foamy and activated.

Good product. But the price was increased to INR 300 (for 100gm) during lockdown (May 2020). Disappointing to see urban platter taking advantage of customers during a global pandemic.
If anyone’s looking for dry yeast for their homemade pizza/bread dough, this is what you need. I could really share pictures of how nicely my dough reacted and rose to this quality of yeast. Nothing less than a 5-star. A must buy. Kudos.
