The Pascati range is really good quality chocolate. Ive tried the 72% and the one woth sea salt. I prefer the latter but this too is fab. At par with what you‘d get internationally but at an affordable price. These were delivered in an insulated package by Amazon and that‘s quite something. Highly recommend!

Great taste! The chocolate taste is very distinct and lovely. Sugar is very little and doesn’t spoil the flavour. Yes, it’s expensive but good for an occasional burst of dark chocolate.

For people who like bitter chocolate taste, it does taste good. For new comers like me it might be a bit odd. But, then you get used to taste pretty quickly. I would have removed a star due to price, as it‘s an indian company and relatively small compared to others, I have let it slide.
