- OUR PHILOSOPHY – At nomou, we only use Natural Ingredients, Nothing Artificial. ONLY 100% NATURAL, FRESH & HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS. Our Ice Creams are made with 100 % Natural, Fresh, Healthy, Clean & Minimal ingredients. They are not filled with thickeners, preservatives, colourings, flavourings, emulsifiers, stabilisers, and other additives. You know… that fake stuff. Our Ice Creams are handcrafted in small batches, with love. All ice creams need air but too much affects the smoothness, consistency and taste. We work with less air and more density to create more flavour. Every ice cream contains a certain amount of air which affects the smoothness, consistency and taste of the ice cream. The less air in an ice cream, the tastier the end result. And we’re all for that. Less air also means more density – more of the lip-smacking good stuff – and there’s less opportunity for ice crystals to form so it’s more scoopable and much better quality for you, our lovely ice cream eaters. We work with less air and more density to create more flavour. Our methods are simple, uncomplicated and unfussy, while the taste is anything but. A perfect blend of luxury, nutrition and health. The proof is in the taste. And we mean it when we say “taste the pleasure, not the guilt” with every bite.
