Storage and Uses
For sweet and savoury creations.
1. After following the deforestation instructions, remove the packaging and put the dough on a dry worktop. Carefully unroll the fillo sheets.
2. Spread the fillo sheet with a little amount of oil or margarine and add the sweet and salty filling.
3. Fold the dough in the requested shape, place it on a bakery tray and bake in a preheated oven until the dough will get a golden colour.
Attention: Keep fillo covered until needed. Do no leave fillo uncovered for more than a few minutes to avoid dry out
