What are the charges of shipping?
We offer free shipping in India on all the orders for cost above Rs 1000. Otherwise a shipping cost will be levied from you as shipping charges and that depends on your location and product. Please note that shipping charges are different from COD convenience fees.
How to check if Urban Platter delivers at my particular PIN code?
You easily can find out if UrbanPlatter.in delivers products to your specific PIN code by using our courier serviceability tools on all our products detail pages. You just need to enter your PIN code and your mode of payment to get the information.
Moreover, we keep updating the PIN codes serviced by us often, so in case we don’t deliver t your PIN code currently, then do come back to check if it has been changed.
How to check the status of order?
You can easily check the status of your order anytime here (link to your check status page). You will just need to have your order number to use this.
How long will it take for my order to get delivered?
We aim to deliver most of our products within 5-7 business days in metro cities and 7-12 business days in other cities. However, in case of flight delay, bad weather, political disruption and other unexpected circumstances, delivery might take longer.
What to do if I find product package tampered with or opened upon delivery?
Please do not accept a tampered or opened package. Report the concern by simply visiting our Return/Replace page. We will immediately look into the matter and get back to you soon.
Which Courier Agency do you appoint for delivery?
At Urban Platter, we’ve tie ups with many different alleged courier partners. They courier company for your particular order is chosen depending on your particular location.
Do you ship products abroad?
Currently, we don’t deliver the products internationally. You can make your purchase from anywhere across the world, but the delivery address should be of India.

Urban Platter Return Policy?
We at Urban Platter trust in fulfilling and pleasing our customers. The products that we sell is undoubtedly the most excellent that customers can obtain at the cost. We offer you with an option to return the purchased items within 15 days of receiving the product. In case of return, we will credit your paid amount as cash back either into your Urban Platter account or in your chosen option. You are requested to not use the product and keep it in original condition along with its packing and tags.
Once we pick up or get your returned item, we’ll do a complete quality check at our end. If the returned product passes our quality check, then we’ll credit the paid amount into your UrbanPlatter.in account as cash back. If you want to get a refund, then you are requested to send us the required and requested details to us from your registered email id.
How long will it take for me to get refund for my returns?
It will take up to 15 days to get your refund. In fact, the refund time actually depends on time taken by the courier company to finally deliver the packet of your returned item to our returns processing facility.
Does Urban Platter picks up the product(s), I wish to return back from my location?
At present, we pick returns from selected PIN codes only. If your location is serviceable, then you can see and choose pickup option whenever you queue the return online. We’ll pick the refund in 72 hours of placing your request. So, kindly keep the shipment ready for return.
What if my location is not covered for return pickups?
In case your pin code isn’t covered by Urban Platter pickup service, then you’ll have to self-ship your product by courier. If Urban Platter doesn’t offer pickup service for return for your pin code or you select to ship us the return, kindly send the package along with return forms inside.
What is Urban Platter Cancellation Policy?
After placing an order, in case you want to cancel your order, you can easily do so until it has not been processed and is in our warehouse. Any amount already paid by you will be refunded back.
I have cancelled my order. When can I expect to get my refund?
If you selected COD during your ordering time, there will be no amount to refund as you have not paid for the order. For the payments made using Debit card, Credit card or by Net Banking, you’ll get a refund either in your UrbanPlatter.in account immediately after you cancelled your order or through cheque. If you’ve made the payment using Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card and want to get the refund back in your bank account, then please contact us with our customer care team. Refund, if approved, will be processed within 10-12 business days.
Can the shipping address of order changed after placing it?
Surely, you can change your order’s shipping address before we’ve processed it easily by getting in touch with our customer care representatives.
