Kasuri Methi Powder is a very versatile herb which can be incorporated in your cuisine in many ways.

  • It’s used for finishing Indian Curries; especially Kadhai Paneer, Paneer Makhni etc.
  • Its slightly bitter in taste, making it ideal to be added to recipes which are sweet or rich to balance flavours.
  • It can be added to health mixes, smoothies or juice-shots for added nutrition boost.

Note: Never cook Kasuri Methi as it goes bitter. Simply sprinkle it during the end. Use sparingly, as too much of it will overpower the dish.
