We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager, a motivated and experienced manager who will lead our customer service. Candidates who are dynamic and enthusiastic, adept at managing customers, and possess a blend of patience and listening skills.

The goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to the customer by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs and setting customer satisfaction goals, with in-depth knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques.

In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer service issues.
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions, answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customer service policies.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

 

Requirements :

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  •  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  •  Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

 

Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a customer service position.

 

Location: Mahim. Mumbai (Work from Office)
