We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to develop a business plan and strategy for the company’s multiple product lines and expand its international markets so that profit goals are attained and the business grows internationally.


The following are the duties and responsibilities of the position:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for the international market.
  • Experience in selling FMCG products overseas is required, as is a desire to travel overseas.
  • In this position, you will be primarily responsible for strategic market analysis through Key Research reports on overseas business development, distributor development, management, budgeting, and liaison with customs and government agencies.
  • Research and evaluation of the market in target countries and estimation of business potential.
  • Identifying and understanding consumer trends and behaviors.
  • Closed prospective deals with overseas buyers and completed repeat purchases with existing customers through coordination with overseas buyers.
  • Coordinating with the CHA, DGFT, Customs, Airlines, Liners, and Transporters for smooth shipments
  • Develop business with existing as well as new customers through participation in Exhibitions, events, and conferences.
  • Hands-on experience with estimating annual budgets for product lines in the export model.
  • Budget functions for ATL and BTL, and the planning and implementation of them.


Location – Mumbai

Qualification – MBA IB

Experience – 2 years
