Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Shoot, edit and produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media platforms, including trimming, cutting, and arranging footage, adding transitions, music, sound effects, and visual effects, color correcting and grading, and adding text overlays and captions.
  • Edit both long-form and short-form videos for Youtube and Instagram ensuring that all content is optimized for each social media platform.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing thumbnails for each video that effectively communicate the content and encourage viewers to click.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to create compelling and creative concepts for video content.
  • Work closely with the content team to understand brand guidelines and ensure all content meets brand standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media video editing and thumbnail creation and provide recommendations for new and innovative ways to engage our audience.

Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio of work showcasing your skills in editing long-form and short-form video content for social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and content creators.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for optimizing video content and thumbnails (where applicable) for each platform.

Eligibility:

  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience as a Video Editor or similar role
  • Graduate /Bachelor’s degree/ certificate in design and video production will be preferred

We’ve got an opening for Packaging Procurement Manager, Adaptability to work/learn/unlearn and resilience to create long-term impact. Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing stable, aesthetically valued, cost-effective, and user-friendly packaging material in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handling the entire process of Packaging material sourcing from the stage of conceptualization to implementation.
  • Evaluating, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers, leading regional supplier development.
  • Develop & Implement SOP for Packaging Development.
  • Effectively install cost monitoring mechanism to trace and track the price of commodities which directly or indirectly affect the cost of packaging.
  • Drive the sourcing strategy for the categories assigned for Vegan-Products, Seasonings, condiments etc.
  • Overview and monitor vendor performance, OTIF, Fill rate in coordination with the Supply Chain Team.
  • Lead & execute cost reduction initiatives through negotiation or alternate vendor development in coordination with the Product commercialization team.
  • Capacity planning of all products to meet the requirements in line with the organization’s growth plan.

The ideal candidate needs to have more than 3 of these 5 qualities:

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Follow-up skills.
  • Graduation from Indian Institute of Packaging.
  • Analytical skills bundled with practical implementation.

Role Description

This is a full-time senior financial analyst role at Urban Platter located on-site in Mumbai. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial planning, analysis, and modeling for the company, as well as preparing financial statements and reports. Additional responsibilities include financial forecasting, budgeting, and assisting with strategic planning.

Job Description:

  • Investor Relations and Stakeholder Management:

Liaison with private equity investors, providing periodic financial updates, MIS and relevant reports.

Attend investor meetings alongside Directors.

Serve as a key liaison between the executive team and the board, communicating financial performance and strategic initiatives.

  • Financial Control, Compliance, and Risk Management:

Supervise accounting functions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Identify and manage financial risks, implementing policies for safeguarding the company's interests.

Strengthen and implement finance control systems for transparency and accuracy.

  • Cash Flow Management and Fundraising:

Efficiently manage cash flow and optimize working capital.

Oversee fundraising initiatives to meet current and future financial requirements.

  • Business Partnering and Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the company's financial strategy and long-term planning.

Provide financial guidance for business investments, maximizing ROI.

Conduct comprehensive financial assessments of proposed projects.

  • People Leadership:

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Financial Planning skills
  • Experience in performing financial analysis and modeling
  • Knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting / MIS management
  • Strong Finance background
  • Ability to identify key trends and formulate insights based on financial data
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, CA, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
  • Relevant Certifications (e.g. CFA or CA) will be a plus

This is a full-time role based out of Mahim, Mumbai and reports to Founder / CEO of the company.
