Ingredients:

100 grams fresh ginger

2-3 Green chillies

1 ½ tsp salt

1 big lemon

Method: Wash, peel and cut ginger into thin strips. Remove seeds of chillies and cut them. Mix ginger and green chilies in a glass bowl. Always keep this pickle in a glass bowl. Add salt and mix thoroughly. You will see that ginger starts changing its color after adding salt to it. Now add lemon juice. Mix the pickle. Ginger should be soaked completely in lemon juice.
