Healthy Wheatgrass Smoothie
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds (pre-soaked)
- 1 Cup spinach
- 1 Cup almond milk
- ½ Banana
- ½ Cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon wheat grass powder
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 1 cup loosely packed cilantro (coriander), stems removed and roughly chopped
- 1/2 avocado (or 1/2 cup plain yogurt)
- 1 teaspoon Wheatgrass powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime), more to taste
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary and it to your salads.
